Darn those kiln gnomes!! It's still a lovely piece -I didn't see the moving petals until you pointed them out -somebody will get a good deal :o)

Visiting from Chez Danisse. Notice we have similar taste in books. I also loved the Larsson trilogy to my surprise.
And many many years ago i lived in sedona, albeit briefly and for a longer time in Jerome.

maybe that one little flower wasn't attached as tightly as the others? could have been the glaze too... but it doesn't look like your glaze was running elsewhere sooooo... I also vote for kiln gnomes. Sometimes they leave surprises though!
